Much of what I know about Evagrius and his work on the Psalms comes from the wonderful scholarship of Luke Dysinger. A great starting point is his article (which you can find here):

All of Evagrius's work on the Psalms was in the form of scholia, or "marginal annotations." His Scholia on the Psalms contain more than 1350 scholia, on verses from every psalm except 116/115.
